Order your ticket codes for exhibitor passes exclusively in the service shop

As soon as the ticket codes are available for order – approximately three months before the start of the event – we will inform you separately by e-mail. There you will also find all the details on the ordering process.

Please note: The ticket codes will no longer be sent automatically.

The advantages of the ordering process:

  • Order your free contingent of ticket codes for exhibitor passes at any time
  • Send the ticket codes - either to your own e-mail address or directly to other recipients
  • Get a compact overview of the status of your ticket codes
  • Only the tickets which were used to enter the trade fair, minus your free contingent of passes will be invoiced
  • Invoicing takes place together with the services in the final invoice

And this is how it works:

1. Log in

As soon as the ticket codes can be ordered, log in to your Koelnmesse account. In the service shop, select the menu item "Tickets" and click on "Exhibitor passes".

2. Order ticket codes

Order the desired number of ticket codes for exhibitor passes at any time.

3. Authorize user

You can authorize additional users to order all or selected ticket types.

4. Send ticket codes

In the ticket code administration, you can send the ordered ticket codes directly from the service shop as an excel file to yourself or to other recipients

5. Reporting

See the status of your ticket codes in real time.

6. Invoicing

In your final invoice, we will only charge you for the tickets which were used to enter the trade fair. Your free contingent of exhibitor passes is already taken into account.
