This was how inclusive open space design worked: The third day of the trade fair was all about sustainable and collaborative open space planning. At the bdla Day NRW, visitors to the lecture area in Hall 9.1 heard exciting presentations, for example from expert Yvonne Göckemeyer, on how to design safe and inspiring spaces for children to exercise. Questions were answered and new ideas were generated in discussions with guests.

After many exciting events over the previous two days, the guided tour of the inclusion area that day was another special highlight. Innovative solutions for barrier-free sports and leisure areas were presented there.

In Hall 9, visitors could once again marvel at ice skating performances and ice sports presentations on the ice rink. The planerFORUM was also located there again in 2025. With an extensive programme of topics and lectures, it addressed the issues facing the industry and presented answers and new trends for the design of urban movement landscapes and the planning and construction of playgrounds and exercise areas.

Trade visitors also had their last chance that day to test the NEW LIFE course in Hall 10.2 and see for themselves the quality and versatility of the various floor coverings made from recycled materials.

The third day offered the perfect mix of knowledge, experience and inspiration.
