Who we are
TURFRECYCLERS is the first and only company worldwide specialized in the design and construction of synthetic turf recycling plants, both fixed and movable. Born in Italy and part of the Radici Group, we embody Made in Italy excellence in innovation and sustainability. Our mission: turn an environmental problem into a driver of circular economy.

The challenge
Every year, thousands of turf fields reach end of life. Without proper treatment, they end up in landfills, creating difficult waste, high disposal costs, and serious environmental impact.

Our solution
We design complete and modular plants able to recover fibers, sand, and rubber.

Fixed plants: permanent, high-capacity hubs.
Movable plants: relocatable hub-to-hub, offering flexibility when needed.
This means transforming waste into new resources through a patented and scalable process.
Our systems

LOKI: movable, dry process, 6 t/h, self-sufficient with generator.
THOR: fixed plant, 8 or 20 t/h capacity.
DRY-M-INFILL: flexible unit, 4 t/h, built into two 20ft container frames.
MODULE 3-5: modular, focused on fiber recovery for extrusion and reuse.
